Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at kamineni-ai.com or using the services provided by Kamineni Solutions Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this site.
2. Eligibility & Commercial Intent
Our website, contact forms, and rendering backend services are designed for corporate entities, developers, and educational providers (B2B applications). Submissions of contact forms are permitted only by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By submitting any data through this site, you certify that you meet this age threshold and possess the legal authority to bind your organization to these terms.
3. Description of Services & AI Video Pipelines
Kamineni Solutions Inc. provides infrastructure orchestration for automated text-to-video diffusion (utilizing Wan 2.2 model weights, ComfyUI cluster execution, and PostgreSQL transaction queues). The media output showcase shown on this website displays mock and sample outputs of the pipeline. Actual processing times, node availability, and API access are governed by separate master service agreements (MSA) signed between Kamineni Solutions Inc. and our clients.
4. Safety Moderation & Prohibited Content
For children's media platforms, keeping prompt parameters and generated content completely safe is our principal priority. When using or integrating our video generation pipelines, you agree to the following rules:
- No Safety Bypasses: You must not attempt to bypass, disable, reverse engineer, or simulate attacks on our double-pass toxicity filters or moderation layers.
- No Harmful Prompts: You are strictly prohibited from submitting text descriptions, audio, or metadata targeting children that depict violence, abuse, adult themes, hate speech, or content illegal under Ontario and Canadian federal law.
- Strict Ingestion Standards: Prompt parameters must comply with COPPA, GDPR Recital 38, and Canadian children's safety frameworks.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of API access, blocklisting of credentials, and legal reporting where applicable.

All design assets, vector SVG graphics (including our organization logo), styles, and text content displayed on this website are the property of Kamineni Solutions Inc. or our licensing partners. No material may be reproduced, copied, or hotlinked without explicit written consent.
